Place Land Ltd would like to introduce you to their plans for ‘Land At Station Road, Crewkerne’, also known as  the Council’s Preferred Option ‘CREW4’.

 

The site measures approximately 16.25 hectares (40 acres) and is located to the southeast of Crewkerne, on Station Road (A356).  The site is comprised of three adjacent parcels of land, north of the railway line, east of the Viney Brook and valley, and to the south and west of Station Road.

 

South Somerset District Council deems Crewkerne to be a sustainable location for new housing and picked this site as a preferred location for new housing in the town, reference ‘CREW 4’.
